I need a bit of guidance on the best way to achieve this goal. I have a service ticket that needs to have most of the information duplicated, such as the Customer, site address, etc. However, the some data will not be duplicated such as the service date and the ticket number. The ticket number is where I am having an issue. The ticket number is set for a sequencial number with the following formula....
Value(Last('DGI Job Tickets').ID)+1)
I also have a text box to ask the number of tickets to be generated (may need to generate up to 30 tickets). Does anyone have any ideas on how to make duplicates of the information based on the number inputted into the text box, considering the ticket number is generated on the Last Value saved? Is there a better way for a sequnce number? Or maybe can Flow help? I am totally lost, again 😞
