I would like to create a workflow to extract text from multile images at the same time and copy the text in a template (excel) so that we can use that to translate the image text. is that possible?

You can use "Get files in folder" to retrieve all files in a specific folder, then Loop over each File and use "Extract text with OCR" to extract any text associated with the individual pictures, then write the value to an Excel sheet.

So something like this:

First we Launch a new Excel workbook.
Then we get Files of the Folder containing our images, in this I am filtering on the extension that matches .png, you can change this to whatever you want. Be aware that the Get Files in Folder also takes hidden files.
Then we reiterated over each File found
First we are getting the first free column & row from the Excel workbook so you can create columns with rows of data that needs to be translated.
Then we extract the text from the Currentitem (the file)
We then write the CurrentItems filename to the Excel sheet to make it easier to find out what picture file the extracted text is from
Then we write the extracted text in the row beneath.

Output in Excel looks like this:
