If anybody wish to access my power app, they send request mail for access sharing with my app, But i need to educate to my team head regarding this request every time they send for access request and i have to forward such mail to my team head in order to give permission, instead, Is there any way to forward such mail automatically to my head to educate about access request?

Hello @sundarkk,

The most straightforward way would probably be to use a rule in Outlook.

For example, if the mails you receive contain the line "Review the request to use the Power Apps app XYZ", you could:

In Outlook, in the Home tab, click on "Rules":
Click on "Create rule"
Click on "Advanced Options":
In the Rules wizard, check the option "with specific words in the body" and enter the phrase from the requests you receive:
In the next step, check the option to "forward it to people or public group". Specify your manager as the recipient.

After you finish the wizard, all new access requests should be forwarded to your manager automatically. You could achieve the same with Power Automate as well, but that would be overkill imho.
