Power Apps (Model Driven App)- Creation Forms-Views Manually using Code

I am a CRM Developer, I have done the form and views creations in Model Driven Apps using the Power Apps environment provided inside the CRM.
I would like to do the same development of Forms and Views of model-driven apps manually using Code, Instead of using GUI mode provided by Power Apps.

Is there any Open Source/Paid Tools available to code manually Model Driven Apps.

1. Creating Model Driven App manually.
2. Creating/Editing Forms manually.
3. Creating/Customizing the Views manually.
4. Customize the view like data tables format.

Note:
I am using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Plan 2022 (Online)
I have developed the many model driven apps using this environment.

I know we can create views programmatically, but I don't think we have any API or Service call to create Forms.

My background for this requirement is mostly Microsoft used to provide all the products integration functionality usually provided with Visual Studio - creating project and deploy in Sharepoint, Other Application. Why Microsoft has not provided a functionality to Power Apps functionality create Project code using Visual Studio and Deploy the Solution in Dynamics 365 CRM. What are all the things we have doing using the Power Apps GUI based should also be possible to create view code which will be flexible for CRM developers to do the following

1. Creating Model Driven App manually.
-Create Model Driven app project from Visual Studio
2. Creating/Editing Forms manually.
Form designing page drag and drop controls using Visual Studio for building Forms.
3. Creating/Customizing the Views manually.
View designing page using Visual Studio.
4. Customize the view like data tables format.
View designing page like datatables format using Visual Studio.

Once the Project is Build , I will export the solution and deploy in CRM. I should use the CRM Environment for Running the Power Apps. All other related developments should be completed using Visual Studio itself.

I don't know Microsoft themselves not provided any tool to work with Power Apps like this. Whether they provide a functionality like this in near future. Is there any paid tool which is other then Visual Studio providing above functionalities?

Thanks for the explanation. I don't think MS has any roadmap to have all these operations through Visual Studio.

We have an API to Create Model Driven App manually

I know there is no tool available for this use cases. But we have XRMToolBox (Community Build) to speed up some of the tasks like Duplicate forms, views, fields, and many more.
