Hi,

I have a PowerApp built on a SharePoint list as the data source. The list consists of various columns with different types of content like single, multiple lines of text, date etc. There is one column with multiple lines of text called "Message Summary" for which I've enabled use Rich Text with pictures, tables, and hyperlinks.

I've used the columns of this list to display in a Form. I've configured this Form field to "View Rich Text" under control type.

However, this is what it looks like overall:

As you can see there is a marked difference in font sizes of Title, Service etc. and Message Summary. Is this "by-design" behaviour or a limitation or am I missing something? I didn't see any controls to adjust anything here. Any help would be appreciated!

By Design (of a sort) - Rich text can include font size and colours in the formatting options - so likely the text it is referencing has set the font size as part of its formatting for items (along with the italics etc you can see in the summary text)

If you try display it inside of a label you'll probably see all of the <> html formatting applied to each section.

Not sure if there's a way to get around this without doing a complicated stripping of all formatting (which would remove all images and other references you enabled it for)

@iAm_ManCat, I thought as much! I did copy these different field contents into a Word doc and can see the difference in font and size. Right now, I'm doing this manually, i.e., I'm pasting content from M365 Message Centre into the SharePoint list and I can manually format the text to match the font and size. However, I'm going to automate that process and the SharePoint list is going to be populated directly from a Flow that fetches the content from an API. That's when the problem is going to be bigger. Let me see if I can add a step to format the text within the Flow!
