Hosting PowerApps for multiple organizations within a single Office 365 tenant

We have multiple clients in a single industry that would benefit from functionality of a number of PowerApps we have developed—eg, estimating, scheduling, tracking, etc.

Our objective is to utilize PowerApps as long as possible given its ease of use and flexibility to quickly modify our PowerApps to provide additional functionality.

Could you tell me:
Are the resources and users you mentioned in the same tenant?
If you want to create one Production Environment for multiple tenants, I afraid that there is no way to achieve your needs in PowerApps currently.
Currently, within PowerApps, Each environment is created under an Azure AD tenant, and its resources can only be accessed by users within that tenant.
Do you want to give different users different permissions?
If so,I suggest you achieve this by giving users different security roles.

We want to manage multiple single tenant databases, if possible we want a single copy of each PowerApp that will allow the user to login and be routed to the appropriate database for their company.

Are the resources and users you mentioned in the same tenant?

Data specific to PowerApps would reside within the host company, where as data from our client's company would reside within their Office 365 org. (For example we have an app using a connector that pulls contacts and calendar data.)

Do you want to give different users different permissions?

Our company is looking to use PowerApps exclusively. Does AD have the ability to grant access to users outside of our org? Would we be able to delegate permission by company name?
