Rename Files from Sharepoint Library when download

I want to rename document when you click a button e.g. named "Download and Rename" without renaming the file in the Sharepoint Library.

Example and below is column/metadata in Sharepoint

ID (SP auto generated)Name (original filename)Revision (SP text field)Type
25Installation Plan1Plan
26MoM Installation Meeting1Minutes

Filename before upload and in SharePoint:
Installation Plan
MoM Installation Meeting

 

Then when you click on the button Download and Rename, the Power Automate is trigger download of the files and rename them according to specified naming convention, so the result will be 

 

Filename when downloaded from Sharepoint: 
00025-01 Installation Plan 
00026-01 MoM Installation Meeting

    Hi,

    first, you need to identify the files you want to download.

    For myself, i am using Excel for that.

    I am listing all the files i need in a column and in an other column the new name of the file (Matching table)

     

    => Reading my table in Excel 

    => determine variables (column A and B)

    => Use For each to download and rename each file
