Power automate to chose a excel template and send it by mail

Hi,

I'm starting with Power Automate (for my non profit association) and I would like to have some helps to define my flows in Power Automate

I have a microsoft Forms with 4 simple questions : "Template", "Name", "Surname" and "email". I would like that when there is a new answer in the forms, power automate chose between 3 excel file and fill the Name and Surname in the file and then send the template to the correct email.

 

If answer template = A then fill template A

If answer template = B then fill template B

If answer template = C then fill template A+Template B

 

And then send those template (or A or B or A+B) in a email to the email adress filled in the forms.

    Hi @Illuminons,

    I did some test according to your requirements.

    Following is my flow.

    get form response details -> get file content of template A and B

    vmingkzmsft_0-1691128083873.png

    -> create new file use template and populate the value from form response.(Template equals A)

    vmingkzmsft_1-1691128207914.png

    -> get new file's content and send an email.

    vmingkzmsft_2-1691128274917.png

    -> template equals B

    vmingkzmsft_3-1691128393136.png

    -> the same step as above just replace the template A with B.

    -> template equals C

    -> add A steps and B steps into if No in condition2.
