Hi everyone.
We are working with a client that are looking to use a custom connector for their PowerApps. We are looking at Office 365 F1 licenses as the app would be deployed to a large number of Kiosk users. According to this list, F1 users are not allowed to create a custom connector, but the question is are they allowed to use a PowerApps that makes use of a custom connector that was created by somone else with E3?

Thank you @v-micsh-msft, I suspect this as well.
What is a bit confusing is that on the article they say that:
F1 users can NOT
a) Access on‐premises data by using a gateway
b) Create custom connectors to manage data in your own systems
This makes it clear that they can't create or access the on-premises data gateway and that they can't create Custom Connectors, but it leaves the question of they can use an existing Custom Connector in the air a bit.
Would you be able to clarify or confirm this?
