3I have developed a SharePoint connected PowerApp that consists of a large supplier list with over 10,000 records and a document library for contracts related to the suppliers. The app allows users to select a supplier from the filtered supplier list gallery and then fill out the contract details in an edit form linked to the document library.
The document library has a lookup column that references the supplier list, allowing users to select the relevant supplier for each contract. However, I am encountering a delegation issue when trying to filter the combo box on the edit form.
The delegation issue arises because the supplier list contains a large number of records, exceeding the delegation limit. As a result, the combo box is unable to effectively filter the list of suppliers for selection.
I have attempted various filter options to address the delegation issue, but none have been successful so far. I am seeking guidance on how to overcome this limitation and enable users to select the appropriate supplier in the edit form combo box.
Any assistance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
