Hi,
Just wondering if 1 Flow can handle the submission of many MS Forms?
I have a process where:
1. 5 Suppliers each get their own MS Form designed by my Org
2. When a Supplier submits their Form I use Flow to store the data in SP and send off emails
3. Every MS Form has it's own Flow
My question is, can I do this all with 1 Flow or do I need to keep a Flow / Form?

If you are designing 5 forms you will 5 flows. As 1 flow can have 1 form as a triggering point.
So If you are using one flow for 5 forms there is no way for flow to trigger for the rest 4 forms which you have not specified in "When a new response is submitted" as it currently has only 1 form name as input parameter.
