Hi,

I wonder how I can get my supplier name in the "create file" name.

I can't find anything from PowerBI in my Dynamic Content except "timestamp (for flow), UserID, User name, User Email".

Could I use "expression" to target a column from my PowerBI export?

My whole flow looks like this.

It's for getting an excel file from PowerBI service to the inbox.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Initialize a variable and store the supplier name in it. Use variable in create file name.

I tried to set a variable but it keeps asking for a Name but doesn't give me the alternative to set one 😕

Okey,

I've found a solution to my own problem.

When I couldn't find any data in the beginning of my problem, it was because I went to Power Automate directly and not through my PowerBI Power Automate Button.

Because now I see my data.

Jfyi..

As you are using Apply each and initializing the variable inside loop. This invalid initialization. Same variable cannot be Initialized again.
