How do I use Flow to capture form data, and send that data in emails on creation of a new item or when the items is modified/changed?

I've seen a similar post created by you too. Again, what is this "form data" in SharePoint? If you only need that when a item is created/modified, and then send an email with the items' information, then this can be done with the trigger " SharePoint - when a item is created/modified" - action "Send an email".
