Hope someone is able to answer my question here, I'll do my very best at explaining.
I have an Account form with a Mobile Phone field, and a timeline whereby I can create an Activity of type Phone call. After filling the Mobile Phone field in and saving the record, if I go to create a Phone Call via the timeline, on opening of the quick create I would like for the Mobile Phone field from the account form to map to the Phone field on the Phone call Quick Create form.
I understand that out of the box this does not work as mapping only works when creating a record using a sub-grid and technically is a timeline a sub-grid?
Please let me know if you guys have any ideas or solutions to my issue.
