How can I find a reply is posted in a message thread of the team's channel?
P.S: I have a workflow which will post a message when order is placed and required people will discuss about that order and once order is completed , we want to post a final automated reply to that message thread that order is shipped and no more discussions around this is neeeded

Do you want to implement this in the existing flow or in a new one?
If you have the message id in your flow a possible solution could be to query the replies of that post with a List channel message replies Graph API call, via a HTTP trigger action.

Btw, keep in mind that this one of the protected APIs from Microsoft Teams, so you can only use delegated permissions.

And you need to register an app in your Azure AD and assign the delegated permission to that app in order to be able to call the Graph from your flow. An example of such registration can be found in this blog:
