Hi,
Can you use a dataflow to update only a few fields from say a Sharepoint site to Contacts table? I want to emphasise that it would only be updating some fields based on a match of say name.
ie searches for each name in the Sharepoint list then updates email, job title and mobile phone in the Dataverse Contacts table. I want to make sure that it does not create a new Contact record but would rather skip if it couldn't find a match based on name.
Is this possible?

Can you use a dataflow to update only a few fields from say a Sharepoint site to Contacts table?Power Query is not designed to write back into data sources. It can and will run multiple queries against the data source which will mess up your write process. Find a different tool.
