Conditional Formatting - Comparing Textbox date to datepicker

Hey, All

I can't seem to get the syntax right to compare a date value stored in the Default field of a text input box with the datepicker.SelectedDate.

I want to change the Color parameter of the text box if the date is more than 12 months older than the current datepicker date.

Thanks for anyone's suggestions. I have tried If statements using DateDiff and just can't seem to get it...

DateDiff is the way to go but that compares two dates. The problem might be you are comparing date and text. Try turning your text date into a date value before comparing.

Something like this:

DateDiff( datepicker.SelectedDate, DateValue( YourDate.Text ) ,minutes )

Digital! You are brilliant... Here is the Code I ended up using to accomplish my task.

If(DateDiff(DatePicker1.SelectedDate, DateValue(TextPMeterDate.Text), Months) > -12, LightGreen, LightPink)
