Not a beginner but not advanced either. If It's an advanced solution I can figure it out from the response. I have a SharePoint list which tracks incidents within the organization. The list contains multiple unique identifying descriptors for offenders in these incidents.
When a new item is created, I'd like to automate a search of the already created items for matches within the various columns, possibly beginning with 3 or more value matches, and then return a list of the items containing matches. Would be nice to also sort the matching list items by the number of values which contain matches, ex. (Item 1,3 - 4 matching criteria.... Item 6,7 - 3 matching criteria and so forth. I've attached an example item with some of the criteria listed. I have various types of columns as well, some text and some choice columns. I pictured having quite a few parallel filters
The goal is to attach the matching list items to the email which is sent when the incident is assigned. That I can probably take care of.
If not possible here, I'm open to suggestions on better ideas. Thank You
The list has quite a few columns, the three images attached are from one list item.
