You will not export option here.From here you can share the flow to others or save the flow with Save AS.
In order to export the flow you need to create a solution and add the desktop,then publish and then you can export.
Please find the steps for the all the above mentioned.
1. Creating a Solution:
----------------------------
Sign in to Power Automate.
Click on Solutions from the navigation bar on the left side.
Select New > Solution.
Provide a Name and a (optional) Publisher for your solution.
Choose Unmanaged or Managed based on your deployment needs. (Unmanaged solutions are easier to manage but lack version control features.)
Click Create.
Adding a Desktop Flow to the Solution:

Navigate to the Solutions section again.
Select the solution you just created from the list.
Click on Add.
Choose Automation > Desktop flow.
Select the desktop flow you want to add from your list of existing flows.
Alternatively, you can browse to the location of your desktop flow file and select it.
Click Add.
Exporting the Solution:

Within your chosen solution, click on the Export button at the top.
In the Before you export pane, consider:
Publish all changes: Ensure all modifications to your desktop flow are published before export for a complete solution.
Solution checker: Running the solution checker helps identify potential issues before exporting.
Click Next.
Choose a File name and Location to save your exported solution package (.zip file).
Click Export.
That's it! You've successfully created a solution, added your desktop flow, and exported it for future use or deployment.
