I need some help here. I'm ok with the fact that setting up a File System action the first time requires some gymnastics for a user to use the flow. What I need is a non-technical way to refresh this flow when they change their Windows AD password.
When you check details of the File System connection, it doesnt show any problems or any need to refresh it. They just get authorization errors when trying to use the Flow. Its VERY cumbersome to open the connector, and additionally difficult to open the setup screen, and knowing they have to enter their login WITH domain and new password.
Further, and finally, the setup screen gives NO feedback whether the login is successful. It just saves, and details make it look completely happy. The only way to check it is to actually try the flow, then to have an admin check the run history to see if it succeeds or fails and why.
This really is not a practical process to expect regular users to have to do for a simple password change. Is there a better way??
