I want to raise microsoft ticket for this,
Where few of user's system app is not loading means it kept loading attached screenshot below.
I have tried workaround mentioned below are worked in most of the users system but not working for few.
Could you please help here what needs to be done.
Is there anything changed at microsoft side which needs changes. Any help would be appreciated.
- Open chrome browser setting (chrome://settings/) -> Search ‘Cache’ in search box -> Open ‘Clear browsing data’ -> Select ‘Time Range: All Time’ and check all the checkboxes. Specially ‘Hosted App Data’
-> Click ‘Clear data’ Close the browser open it again -> Load UAM app again
2. Run UAM App in Incognito window.
