Launching Newest Excel File

I need to launch the most recent excel file from my downloads folder. I think I use the Get Files command but I am unsure of how to correctly populate the fields in the command. This is what I have so far. I get an error message that says that Index [0] is out of range. Any assistance is appreciated.

TY Wearsky, that worked great. But it brought up another issue that I have now.
Once I am able to retrieve the most recent file, instead of launching it, I need to...
rename the file, move the file to another folder, and overwrite the existing file in that folder. Is that possible with the Rename and Move files commands? If so, what does that look like? Thanks again for your time.

I also need help with something like this. I tried to view your answer with the attached Png's but for some reason, they won't load. Is there any way you could help me. I also posted a question like this. Grabbing Most Recent File from OneDrive (powerplatform.com)
