Extract SP list items out to Excel based on a column's date value

Hello guys!

I was hoping you could help me out with this.

I'm trying to create a flow that everyday grab old list items older than 10 days based on the 'Check Out' column's value (that is at the following format '9/30/2020 6:00 PM').

The idea is to keep the list short and rapidly extract old reservations out to Excel.

I'm struggling to achieve the date comparison, I've tried different things but so far, it always fail at gathering the items that has the check out column's value older than 10 days...

Any idea?

Thanks

Anthony

    @AnthonyRegnier

    In the Get Items action, there is a field "Filter Query". You can write the date comparison in this field.

    <checkout column internal name> le 'expressIon: Adddays(utcNow(),-10)'

    Give a try and let me know if you have any questions.

    Hello,

    I wish it was that easy, unfortunately it's the first thing I did but never worked.

    Basically I have the same problem than this guys with the difference that for me it does not work:

    I have tried with the expression: "formatDateTime(body('Get_past_time'),'yyyy-MM-ddThh:mm:ssZ')"

    Because when I remove the filter, I get this in the results:

    "Check_x0020_Out_x0020_To":"2020-09-15T08:00:00Z"

    I have tried everything, I cannot make it work it's really frustrating

    I finally managed to make it work...

    I removed the '' from the column name and added '' to the formula

    It's really tricky - MS should really do a better job at building OData filters...
