Change the "ID" in your apply to each to "Body/value" (dynamic content). Please retest.
How to delete - Apply to each
I try to delete the apply to each, but it is deleting the send an email(v2) step too.

Sure, send an email is contained in Apply to each. You can delete them and readd the send an email action.
