Hello,

I've got a flow below:

Which retrieves information about refreshing the power Bi report and saves the result on Sharepoint:

"File name" is an output from "Create CSV table" step and it is saving as "[report name] + refreshed date".
I would like to download only the date from this refresh without the report name, so that I can compare it with the one written in the "file change time" column.

That's the column name, not the report name (there is no report).

Use Select to remap the name as needed.

After the Power BI query run a Select step against the First Table Rows. Or you can set a variable to the value of the column in the first row.

If you post the raw output of the Power BI query I can show you the exact steps.

i tried this but this refresh is variable so i need this output to be input for initialize variable because every morning "run a query against a dataset" has a new refreshed date
