Posting Adaptive Card to Teams fails with Bad Request

Hi 

 

I have a Flow that post a Adaptive card in Teams Channel when there is a new entry in SharePoint.

but some Flows are Failing with the following error when trying to post Adaptive Card to Teams Channel.
