I have set up a scheduled flow to run reminders for work items due in 3, 7 and 10 days by sending a formatted table to Teams, using the Flow Bot (chat with flow bot) to the assigned email of the work item due.
I am having trouble configuring the following reminder logic:
- I would like to capture reminders for overdue and items due in 3 days (Not sure how to update my current flow to include the overdue).
- The second reminder should actually capture from 3 to 10 days and not repeat the items that are due on day 3.
- Finally, the output should be a formatted html table (which I have created), but the formatting doesn't look great and everything is bolded. I want to be able to group the priority items together and have the coloured (i.e, Critical first in red, then High in Orange and Low in Green.
Would appreciate any insight or fixes.
