Update Item not Working due to "Specified user could not be found"

I have an approval flow set up and the approvals worked fine for a while, then suddenly they stopped working past the first round. The details say that the "Update Item" action after the first round isn't working. Here's the text (with some edits to remove any personal identifiers): "

{
  "status": 400,
  "message": "The specified user [{\"@odata.type\":\"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedUser\",\"Claims\":\"i:0#.f|membership|.---\",\"DisplayName\":\"---\",\"Email\":\"---\",\"Picture\":\"https://krones.sharepoint.com/sites/General1668/RAN/_layouts/15/UserPhoto.aspx?Size=L&AccountName=\",\"Department\":\"CPM Key Accounts Beer\"},{\"@odata.type\":\"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedUser\",\"Claims\":\"i:0#.f|membership|----\",\"DisplayName\":\"---k\",\"Email\":\"----\",\"Picture\":\"https://krones.sharepoint.com/sites/General1668/RAN/_layouts/15/UserPhoto.aspx?Size=L&AccountName=\",\"Department\":\"NA NM Project Manager Service\"},{\"@odata.type\":\"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedUser\",\"Claims\":\"i:0#.f|membership|\",\"DisplayName\":\"\",\"Email\":\"----\",\"Picture\":\"https://krones.sharepoint.com/sites/General1668/RAN/_layouts/15/UserPhoto.aspx?Size=L&AccountName\",\"Department\":\"CFS LS Site Management Team 2\"}] could not be found.\r\nclientRequestId: c7d71208-8988-48f4-9f1e-09fc856c14a1\r\nserviceRequestId: c7d71208-8988-48f4-9f1e-09fc856c14a1"
}"
Do I need to change that column that's pulling the info in from the Sharepoint list?

My flow looks like:

    Hi @ilaehsa

    The error itself is actually pretty clear, luckily.

    It says your Specific User cannot be found.  Which means 1 or 3 things

    1. The user account is disabled or has been removed/deleted/removed from group/team/AAD

    yeah pretty much thats it, since you are using a dynamic property, please go look at the configuration for that account wherever it is.

    Because look at the error, the values are Blank (Displayname and Email) because the Claim is not valid (it is not specifying an actual user, so its not just that ther user does not exist, its tat you didnt specify one according to this)

      "message": "The specified user [{\"@odata.type\":\"#Microsoft.Azure.Connectors.SharePoint.SPListExpandedUser\",\"Claims\":\"i:0#.f|membership|.---\",\"DisplayName\":\"---\",\"Email\":\"---

    If you like my answer, I would really appreciate if you please Mark it as Resolved, and give it a thumbs up, so it can help others

    Cheers

    Thank you @FLMike. I removed that info in the posting, but the emails and contact information is there. They are in the system, but I was wondering if it's because there's 3 people listed in the field (column type is person or group). If I changed the column, or created a new one, with the type as "multiple lines of text" would that solve the issue?
