I have a basic power pages site with few lists and few local sign in registered contacts using it.
One user just reported that he requested password reset link and got " Please check your email to reset your password. " message, but email never arrived (checked junk mail and all that)
So the question is - how do I troubleshoot this kind of issues? Are there any logs / events available in power pages?

the message which should be coming is send via Dynamics and a Flow called "Send Passwort Reset To Contact".
Go into advanced setting and under flows you will find that one. You can than have a look which mailbox is entered and which text shall be send as well as some protocols.
A common issue is that you use a mailadress as from which is not free for sending messages as others.

In some cases you also have to allow sending emails as other person in the exchange settings.
After that it should work fine.
Another way to troubleshoot is using the dynamics filter and use activities + activitytype E-Mail and see what's send or what the current status is.
