How to assign a model to the invoice extractor

Hi There

I have created several models (one for each vendor) to use when processing AP invoices.

When I originally created my flow, I used the 'Extract Information from documents' action instead of the 'Extract information form invoices' because the invoices option does not allow me to select which model to use.

Now that I have started testing my flow, I have learned that 'Extract Information from documents' is causing my flow to fail because it has been deprecated.

Does anyone know how I can specify which model to use?  Thanks

    Dear M,

Where do you get the info "Now that I have started testing my flow, I have learned that 'Extract Information from documents' is causing my flow to fail because it has been deprecated."

When I look on PowerAutomate and the related documentation I see no such information. I have been using 'Extract Information from documents' for months without any hiccup.

    Happy flowing,

    Koen

    Hi Koen,

I just tried to run the process again.

I am now getting and error saying :

InvalidPredictionInput "Encountered an issue when reaching Form Recognizer: InvalidRequest"
    See attached screenshots.

    Dear M,

I suspect that it has something to do with your AI model setup ... I do not recognize the error.

Suggest that you test your model to see if it functions correct (outside of the flow in the model configurator), if this still does not end up with some cause, suggest you create a new model and connect to this ... should not take long.

    Happy flowing,

    Koen
