Hi,

I am trying to format the date for the HTML table, but I cannot figure it out. Can someone please help me?

I've tried using the "format date", but it says there is an error.

Thanks!

    Hi @CheddahChase ,

You can use an expression here for Next Calibration Due Date:

    formatDateTime(dynamic_content_field_7, 'yyyy-MM-dd')

    Hi @trice602 ,

It says the expression is invalid.

    Hi @CheddahChase ,

It looks like maybe you typing in or copy/paste the expression; it needs to be entered as an expression.

In the field select expression and you can type in the expression you have BUT you need to replace 'field_7' with the dynamic content placeholder for the value.

You need it to look like this:

With your cursor in the field, click on fx icon

Type in your expression -- not including field_7 text.  Place your cursor between the left parathesis and the comma, then click on dynamic values button.

In my example, I have "field_7" as a variable, yours will be the name of the column or field_7 (probably shows up as field_7 since you imported your list from excel).

After selecting the dynamic value, it shows up in my expression like this (again, yours will look slightly different).

Then press Save.  It will look like this in your select action.

    Hi @trice602 ,

I see the issue. I use 'Get Items' and when I try to add the dynamic content, I do not see field_7.

Do I need to do something to add that?

    Thanks

    Hi @CheddahChase ,

Yeah, I see now.  Ok, you can hover over the dynamic content for Equipment ID or Equipment Name in your Select action and see how it appears from your Get Items action.  You can type that in your expression but instead of pointing to equipment name, it will point to field_7 or the column name.

If you are not 100% sure what the column name is returning as (either the name or the field_7 internal name), look at your output from a previous run for Get Items, it will be in there.  Then use that column name as the expression entry.
