Converting ISO8601 encoded to hours, mins and seconds

Is it possible within Power Automate to convert an encoded ISO8601 string to hours, mins and seconds?

 

The function formatDateTime doesn't seem to support the encoded format and errors out.

 

Example of what I'm trying to convert - PT17.56S
