How can this be written to eliminate the delegation warning?

Could you please tell me the data type of the 'Cost Element' column? Why is it necessary to first convert it to text using "text" and then to a number using "value"?
If 'Cost Element' is a number type column , you could try:
Filter( ShortFormII_ACstData,Order = DataCardValue35.Text && 'Cost Element' < 800000 )

Hi @v-bofeng-msft 'Cost Element' is a single line text field. These are download items from a financial system and are numeric values. Codes <= 800000 are material charges. Codes >800000 are labor charges. I "could" change the SP list property to number.
