send emails based on multiple columns content

Hello All, I'm having some trouble trying to think of a way to do this. it might be easier than i think but I just can’t see it right now.

I want to set up a flow to go through this table and, for each value of the columns "6" that are out of date (or will be in for example two months) it will send out an email to the person on column "5" with the data from Columns "1" "2" "3" and the header of the column "6" that is out of date.

how would you guys do this?

    Hi @Mouraj

    According to your description, you want to send an email to manager when the date expires.

    I set up a flow,you can refer to the following screenshots to see if it helps.

    This is my test Excel

    Flow in details:

    Expression1: formatDateTime(items('Apply_to_each')?['NRSWA OP'],'yyyy-MM-dd')

    Expression2: formatDateTime(utcNow(),'yyyy-MM-dd')

    After flow runs, Test2 and Litest will receive reminder email.

    Hello v-LilyW-MSFT, My issue is not in that part, I might not have explained myself properly, apologies for that.

    The columns On section 6 are all different what I need is if the NRWSA have an out of date value it will say that is the NRSWA but if the value that is out of date is on the column SCSC I need it to say that it is the SCSC that is out of date. What I mean is where you have the "NRSWA OP:" that needs to be dynamic. And is that part that I cant figure out.

    Best regards
