Problems selecting an item from a list on a web site

Hello everyone again,

I am doing an RPA on a website and it has to be selected from a drop down list that is linked. I mean, first the group has to be selected, and then the policy.

When I save the RPA and select the group, it is checked, but when I select the policy, it is not checked, but then in the code, I see the policy number and the name (as it should be).

But when I run the process, it tells me that the list does not contain the option.

These are the two linked lists

Any idea?

Put the wait for 3 sec between two set drop down activities....

Try by name and also index

Can you share what the selector of the drop down looks like when inspected via the browser developer tools, as well as in PAD?

Are you targeting the 'Select' element? That's the one you should be capturing as the drop-down.

    Yep. Adding new pictures:

Why are you sending a list as the option to select? It should be a single string.

I do not know. This is what has been recorded directly.

But for the first listing at the top, which is the "Group number" listing, the following has been recorded and it works perfectly.

Can you try by simply passing the literal value to the option field? Remove the percentage symbols, the square brackets and the quotation marks, and simply leave the value as it is in the drop down.

nothing....he removed everything percentage symbols, the square brackets and the quotation marks
