Split Barcode info to fill edit form

Im quite new to powerapps and currently exploring the barcode scanner option.

I would like to read multiple values from a single barcode / qr code to fill several fields from an (edit)form.

Situation + Preferred Result:

How do I, first separate the different values within the barcode and secondly, get them in the preferred DataCards?

With kind regards,

Frans Bron
