137So I have synced my email with my model driven app, and if I send an email from within the app (using the create new email activity), its sends ok and also appears in my sent items in the Outlook folder for the sending account. If there is a reply to that email (that was sent from the model driven app) it also appears in the activity timeline ok. These synced email also have a 'Tracked To Dynamics@ message in outlook , which is cool.
However, if I send an email to the same email address (that has a account in my model driven app), but using outlook (so not within the model driven app) it doesn't track/appear in the model driven app account activity timeline.
So my question is, how does the email synch work for model driven apps. How can I get emails sent/received from outside the app (like in Outlook or webmail) to appear in the timeline of the account, that has that email address, in the Model Driven App database?
Should I expect outlook sent/received emails to appear in an activity for the account in the model driven app if I have sync'd the mailbox?
