Single form attachment to email

I am very very new to Power Automate. I read a lot of the similar but often is for an array of attachments. I simply have one or no attachments. These are saved obviously on OneDrive. I just need to add to an email the link to the attachment. The form is below:

I have now implemented the JSON code in your example. It is working perfectly. for my own benefit, I'd love to understand the structure of the
json(outputs('Get_response_details')?['body/r342f9ec91764407ba7052d919e827511'])?[0]?['link']
are ? used as section breaks?
what is the [0]
i assume the ['link'] returns the associated section after the : in the code
the form response code was
