Yes/No toggles not displaying in Live testing

Hello all. When I press play in the studio, my "yes/no" toggles are fine.

In Live, they simply do not display. Image below.

This is an edit form. It is editing a record in a sharepoint list. The fields in question are blank, i.e. there is no value yet, and the edit form is to add these values.

The above image is just one example but most of the toggles aren't working.

I've tried changing the default values of both the data card and the toggle itself to false. I've tried setting the default value to if(isblank(thisitem.yesnovalue),false,thisitem.yesnovalue) to no avail.

That hasn't worked. I just can't get my head around it.

Any ideas?

Have you "published" your app since you made those changes? This is the most likely reason why you see different behavior in the studio versus the web app.

    Hope that helps,

    Bryan

Hi Brian, yes the app is published, and I've refreshed my cache/browsing history

If I understand correctly you added controls to the data cards in your forms?   If they are visible, check to make sure they aren't 'behind' the other controls.

What you may want to do is show your added controls only if the form is in edit or new mode, but make sure that the default is set to show the parent data when the form is in edit mode.

I didn't add anything extra, each datacard has 1 datafield so there is nothing blocking (or there shouldn't be).

Each toggle has it's own unique datacard.

The defaultmode of the form is edit, and the defaults of the toggles are set to the defaults of their respective datacards.

Are the toggles you are referring to default or did you add custom data cards?

Yeah they are custom because they were unlocked

I have the same problem with these toggles below, appearing fine in studio & play but not live:
