Greetings,
I have a Power Automate flow built that when a new response to a Microsoft Form is submitted it gets the response details, sends an email, and creates an item in a SharePoint List. However, I wanted to add a step that checks if the item is a duplicate. If it's a duplicate don't create a new item, however; if it is not a duplicate then create the item. Moreover, it would still send the email.
