Automate a folder name change from a copy folder action using MS Form submission data

Created a flow that makes a folder copy when a MS Form is submitted. This folder contains numerous sub-folders that are used to manage incoming projects. I would like to automate changing the copied folder name with information pulled from the form submission. I'm not finding a simple way to do this. Any advise?

    Are you saying that you would want to copy a structure of "folder and its subfolders" and then rename the new folder?

    Correct. Folder with the same subfolders and just need to rename the new folder. All of the subfolders will remain the same.
