Hi All Getting error message - Exceeds the limit of three development sites in the dev env

Issue: Not able to create website using power pages in the devEnv with dataverse.

 

I have deleted unwanted websites . Now I do not have any website in any of the envs .I do have admin permissions. Could anyone help here.

    I have identified the problem - Looks like when I use power pages designer . It does not list any website. 

     

    Though When I visit the Dev enviornment from power platform admin ---> resources . There were unwanted three websites sitting there. I deleted all of them , now it has solved the capacity issue. 

     

    I wonder why power pages designer could not list the websites?
