Creating a collection to be viewed in a Combo Box

Hi,

I have a sharepoint list containing a list of customers. There are more than 500 customers so I can't view all in a form drop-down list

I'm struggling to figure out how to create a collection from the sharepoint list and view the collection from a combo box (searchable).

My sharepoint list name is "Customers" and column I need to display in drop-down is "Kunde".

Can someone help?

A collection is also constrained by your Delegation limit (which can be increased to 2,000), so really does not solve your issue, however your collection would look something like

ClearCollect( colCustomers, Sort( Customers, Kude ).Kunde )

My app was actually set to 500 and it worked when I increased this to 2000 records 🙂
I tested your suggestion and that worked perfectly and will use this method for future development.
