I would like to know whether any connector is available to connect to Oracle Database online, if not, is it possible to create a custom connector

I am asking for Oracle Database online not on-premises@timl on-prem gateway - is for on-premises oracle not online@Geeks_D That connector works only for onpremises
So long as the on-prem gateway has a network path to the online Oracle database, you should be able to proxy through it (in a similar way that you can access SQL Server on AWS). I don't have access to Online Oracle to test this, but I would personally give this a try before writing a custom connector.
