Send a message to an existing teams chat

Hello i want to use power app to send a message to an existing teams chat with several users.

I read that maybe this can be done via graph api, but it's not working

i made a button and on its onSelect i have the following code

Launch("https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/teams/e7673041-e471-4e40-8acf-8376146d261e/channels/19%3a8ADeC4SZr3Ub-F4a0vZcoEKKMQ7oqwjyW8Xb4oHJRWg1%40thread.tacv2/messages");

but when i click on it i get the following error

what am i doing wrong?
