Power Platform Community Forum Thread Details

I have a SharePoint List that tracks management plans. Since we don't keep track of the date when an item is changed from open to closed, I want to use Power Automate to send the total number of open status plans to an Excel spreadsheet on the 1st of every month. This way I can track trends on how many are left open each month. Can anyone help walk me through those steps? I have had no luck with searches and video tutorials so far.
