Appending Csv's

Hi Members,

 

I have built an flow, that exports dynamic number of csvs and saved it into sharepoint, I know how to append them but the problem is every single csv which is being generated does not have statis position of headers. therefore I want to append csvs based on their column names is there any way to do it???

    As you see in below snapshot, once its append, I validate all the columns are align and identified there is over lapping while append. I want to append all csv their respective columns.

    Dear @HamzaAli - how are you appending the csv files? I've spent the last day researching how to do this. I finally stumbled upon a post where someone parsed the csv files separately and then unioned them into a new file; however, this doesn't work in my scenario because each csv has @ 100K rows and I get threshold errors. 

     

    I can parse the csv and then parse the json, but how do I then append the results to an existing csv? Excel doesn't work because there are too many rows in these files.

     

    Thank you for any guidance on your method to do this.
