patch error

hi all i have text input which contain an equation as sum of some values that i want to patch in SP using the following code

Patch('KPI answers (Data)',{Title:"1", Organization:Organiztion.SelectedText.Value,'Sub-Organization':'Sub-Organization'.SelectedText.Value,Area:Area.SelectedText.Value,Shift:shift.SelectedText.Value,Supervisor:Supervisor.SelectedText.Value ,'Submitted By':User().FullName,Date:Now(),Comment:Comment.Text,'KPI % ':KPI})

when i patch i get the following erorr

Please advise

You are missing the second element of the patch, the record you intend to patch or to tell PowerApps to create a new record. The syntax is Patch(yourdatasource,ThisRecord,{values to patch}) or Patch(Yourdatasource,Defaults(yourdatasource), {values to patch})

Then the problem is in your values. They are not corresponding with the datasource or you are missing a required field. Try adding them one by one till you find the problem. Another potential problem is that you are using SelectedText in your formula. That is being deprecated. Try Selected.Value instead.

I tried all of that
the type of data source in SP is number and the type of the text input is Number, i just use the name of the text input in the synatex when i try to use text it gives me error
