Help urgently needed please, 7 parallel approvals, want to continue the flow only with 1 Approval/Rejection.

I have 7 managers that need to make an Approve/Reject decision and I want all of those managers decisions stored in a SharePoint List.

My problem is the flow wants to wait for every manager to make a decision before the Item is created (MS Form information and Decisions in the SP List). The flow will only continue if all 7 managers approve/reject. As you can see the flow hangs with only 1 approval.

I want the flow to continue to "Create Item" with one approval and the other managers can approve/reject as they please later on.

In that case you should provide just One approval action (instead of parallel branches) with the following option

Thanks for your response, i don't think this would help because in the Sharepoint list, i have all 7 managers listed in separate columns so i could capture their approvals/rejections/decisions separately, that's why there is 7 different approval chains

You could have a parallel branch under the approvals to update the relevant fields based on who approved. You will get the details in the output of your approval action.
