SP Customize Form View and Edit Form not retaining values

Using SharePoint Customize Form, everything is working great, except the text fields are not retaining their value based on the ComboBox1 above.

Conference Name is a ComoBox1 that is connected to a SP List called 'Test'. When a selection is made from ComboBox1, the Location, Dates, and Charge No. DataCardValue will populate based on the selected Conference Name.

If "Other" is selected from Combobox1, then a hidden card will appear for the user to input a name of a conference that is not currently listed in the SP 'Test' list.

The new form works and saves all the data to the 'Test PowerApp list' correctly. However, when a I open to view or edit an item, all the below text fields are blank.

Other Conference Name Visible property - ComboBox1.Selected.'Conference Name' = "Other"
Location default - If(ComboBox1.Selected.'Conference Name' <> "Other", ComboBox1.Selected.'Conference Location')
Dates default - If(ComboBox1.Selected.'Conference Name' <> "Other", ComboBox1.Selected.'Conference Dates')
Charge No. default - ComboBox1.Selected.'Charge No'

What am I missing to retain the value of these DataCards?

That is because you are not displaying the current values in the Default (example for Location)

If( ComboBox1.Selected.'Conference Name' <> "Other", Coalesce( ComboBox1.Selected.'Conference Location', ThisItem.Location ) )

Assuming the following

'Conference Name' and 'Conference Location' are both fields in the Combo Box Table

Location is a Text field in your Data Source

then that code certainly should not error - what in the above is incorrect ?

Correct. The 'Conference Name' and 'Conference Location' are in a SP list that is connected to the ComboBox1 (both single text fields).
And the 'Location' is a single text field in my other SP list collecting all the entered data from the Customized form. I'm trying to keep the form somewhat simple, but they requested the Conference details to be auto populated based on what is selected from the ComboBox1 (aka 'Conference Name').
